小光的男友恭平在數年前的地震中喪命，视频儘管男友去世多年，视频她仍住在他生前住的房子裡，想像著他仍然在世。在男友忌日的當天，小光為男友下廚做飯，光著身體只穿著一件圍裙，想像和男友做愛的模樣。但夢醒後，她還是得面對現實，回到真實的世界。小光在漁會是名小職員，平日默默地工作。職場前輩石母田，曾是一位討海人，因為地震傷了腳，只好放棄出海在漁會工作。他對小光很有好感，一直偷偷關心她。有一天，小光十年未見的妹妹瑠奈突然返鄉，瑠奈竟意外與石母認識甚至發生關係……
