亚汉与亚明同是医院杂工，国产为了勤奋有正义感，国产一日，亚汉偶然发现梁医生与一病人何太家属密谈而产生怀疑，女友李玉芝告之何太已在手术中不幸逝世，亚汉让亚明为何太验尸找出致死的原因，不料女友实为梁的同党，亚明遭灭口，更安排杀手欲除掉亚汉，经过多次死里逃生，几经辛苦，亚汉最后终将这些凶徒送上法庭。
