清同治年间，亚洲夜逍遥楼是个达官贵人寻欢作乐的地方，亚洲夜兖州总兵白宠（王洪涛 饰）整日泡在里面，乐不思蜀。云里飞单彪（王赤 饰）夜遁索白宠之命，不料被楼内机关击中，幸而被壮士沈龙（黄国强 饰）搭救。女儿单娥（杨凤一 饰）追问单彪为何被官兵追杀，单彪向她吐露实情。原来单娥是兖州知府文渊（刘占加 饰）之女。18年前白宠杀了文渊全家，盗走御赐金镂万花瓶。单娥闻言，不顾养父劝告，只身夜闯逍遥楼，她要报杀父之仇，不成想被沾毒的刀划伤胸部，危机时刻，沈龙又出现了，他将单娥带到郎中家排毒治伤，单娥跪谢壮士。最终，再闯逍遥楼的单娥被白宠生擒并迷奸，白宠告诉单娥，单彪才是杀她父亲的真正凶手......
