回复 :古畑任三郎如今早已是人们耳熟能详的名侦探，他独特的中山装，永远骑着自行车的个人风格为人所津津乐道。这次SP就带我们回到他的青少年时光，看看他与一生中最重要的人相遇的故事，那是他侦探人生的起点。15岁的任三郎（山田凉介 饰）因为父母关系转学到小山区，喜爱读推理小说的他并未太主动与同学接触。一日学校的小花圃的花被人恶意践踏，任三郎找出了“元凶”，从此他小侦探的声名不胫而走。任三郎索性在后山一间空置的房屋内办起了侦探事务所。可惜前来上门的客人拜托的都是鸡毛蒜皮的小事。直到一日，有人上门拜托寻找失落的宝藏，事情才有了变化。但是随着侦查的过程，任三郎意识到自己身边开始有危险，而一切似乎都是一个局。自己平日最不信任的人在关键时刻却救了自己。

Beaumont's motives are purely selfish as he makes every attempt to convince the beautiful young girl to run away with him. For help Beaumont turns to the devious Legendre, a man who runs his mill by mind controlling people he has turned into zombies. After Beaumont uses Legendre's zombie potion on Madeleine, he is dissatisfied with her emotionless being and wants her to be changed back. Legendre has no intention of doing this and he drugs Beaumont as well to add to his zombie collection. Meanwhile, grieving 'widower' Neil is convinced by a local priest that Madeleine may still be alive and he seeks her out.
