回复 :在一次带着幼女和妻子郊外度假过程中，医生的为了营救下湖游泳被水中渔网缠住溺死的妻子，几乎窒息而死幸被救。若干年后，一次无意中接触到BDSM，受虐中的窒息感觉，让医生恍惚中回到营救妻子的水下，这种感觉让医生爱上受虐。于是，一发不可收拾，在一次差点窒息而死的受虐中，施虐女不愿继续，但医生苦苦相求，更是跟随其进入一个BDSM酒吧。
