年三十晚，大冢當然要一大班人開開心心送虎迎兔！大冢「獎門人」曾志偉召集多位獎老、歌手、藝員齊齊「過大海」，前往澳門玩遊戲兼倒數，發放熱鬧歡樂能量。歌手們也會登台獻唱，以靚聲迎接新春佳節。此外，團隊還會遊走澳門景點、特色街道，感受當地準備過年的濃厚氣氛，為觀眾們送上新年祝福！
