回复 :本片通过记叙明朝末年，宦官当权的背景下，老太监曹瑾怀在护卫唐巍的陪同下告老还乡，路上遭遇大雨，只得露宿在被废弃的兰亭山驿站。除了他们之外，此时已经有几拨人入住了这里。夜里众人发现袁阔罡的仆人候四被人杀死悬挂在房梁上，由此引出了二十几年前发生在这里的一桩全家灭门惨案。而当年下令的正是曹瑾怀，被杀的是他曾经的同窗好友蒲世川。而今天的谋杀正是当年蒲世川的后人的复仇计划。最终，曹瑾怀和他的护卫被杀，奸臣遭到铲除。
