邪恶的黑龙絜钩以苦厄、人人人添惊惧、人人人添哀伤等情绪为食，他给人间制造了一场瘟疫，并派妖龙鱼不惑（郑钧颢 饰）和树妖蒲葵（张楚萱 饰）抓捕梦中的死对头李心远（陈浩民 饰）。在刺杀过程中，蒲葵被李心远救助百姓的善良、正直打动，渐渐动摇。刺杀任务一拖再拖，人间的苦难让恶龙积蓄了足够的力量，他来到人间欲亲自杀死宿命之敌李心远。降龙大战一触即发。
