白鸽（洪学敏 饰）是一名变电所女工，视频一场意外中，视频她引以为豪的大辫子险些造成一起生产事故，于是，白鸽狠了狠心，决定剪掉一头乌黑油亮的长发，就这样，她走进了青年徐力（张天喜 饰）的理发店。徐力为白鸽设计了一个十分好看的造型，这让白鸽十分满意，她也因此成为了徐力理发店的常客，一来二去之下，两个血气方刚的年轻人之间擦出了爱情的火花。一次偶然中，白鸽目睹了徐力同一位女青年有说有笑，嫉妒之情油然而生，当她找到理发店想要跟徐力讨个说法之时，又看到徐力被两位警察带走，难道徐力犯了什么罪吗？在迷惑和不解之中，白鸽和徐力断了联系。
