回复 :接着上一集，唐僧师徒人又继续上路了。然而这日唐僧（江华 饰）发了一个噩梦，梦中故乡长安城经历了一场浩劫，一只巨猴正在大肆破坏，而为了保护义兄唐太宗，唐僧自己亦惨死！噩梦惊醒的唐僧知道自己是金禅子转世，这绝非一个简单的梦，而是上天给他的预示。于是，唐僧决定叫悟空（陈浩民 饰）、八戒（黎耀祥 饰）和沙僧（麦长青 饰）兵分三路赶回长安，阻止这场绝世浩劫。随后，唐僧还是不放心，决定不可为而为之，自己亲自步行走回长安城，阻止这场劫难。另一方面，长安城内却是另一番景象。唐太宗好大喜功，以为那只大猩猩是一只瑞兽，竟派人前往捉拿，要在庆典上展出。唐僧梦中的那场劫难正在慢慢逼近。
回复 :明朝天启年间，左都御史杨涟因得罪魏忠贤含冤入狱，魏忠贤授意东厂及锦衣卫秘密将杨家灭门，徐长卿受王冬青所托秘密救援杨涟孙女杨紫萱，长卿舍身护送紫萱从应山府逃到龙泉村同仁医馆投靠刘谦，刘谦感念恩师杨涟恩情，将紫萱收作关门弟子细心照顾并传授其医学知识，此后几个人将医馆生意打理的井井有条，没想到却引来同行郎中吴南星的嫉妒，最后惊动魏忠贤党羽，魏忠贤得知杨紫萱踪迹派出多批杀手奔医馆而来，只为将杨家孤女紫萱和账本（杨涟所留魏忠贤通敌）一同斩草除根……江湖风云又起。在韩佩兰徐长卿等人保护下刘谦紫萱准备开始转移，不料突遇梅李庄传来瘟疫，刘谦不惧生死多次救护军民百姓。最后，在刘谦和诚王和王冬青等人的鼎力帮助下，瘟疫得到控制，刘谦也赢来“侠医”称号，大太监魏忠贤终被扳倒，杨涟被崇祯皇帝平反并追封“忠烈”。
