A group of survivors band together to search for loved ones who may be alive, dead or something in between, eventually taking shelter in what may be the only safe hideout left to them. But well defended hideouts have a way of becoming prisons. And prisons aren't the safest place to be when your friends can turn on you at any time.
回复 :某日，美人鱼安妮（李思娴 配音）遇见了落水正在求救的船长女儿苏珊，尽管海神一再的警告安妮不要掺和到人类的事情当中来，但善良的安妮还是无法坐视不管，遂出手相救，一路护送回海港。途中，两人所在的轮船遭遇了海盗的袭击，聪明勇敢的安妮凭借着自己的智慧将这群莽夫耍得团团转，并且最终制服了他们。哪知道调皮的宠物猴打开了牢门放出了海盗，一群人再度陷入了危机之中。偶然之中，安妮发现这群海盗并非无药可救之徒，于是决定帮助他们重回正轨。大船撞上了暗礁沉没了，船上一行人漂流到了一座孤岛之上，哪知道在岛上，居住着危险的巨人。
回复 :经历了上一集令人难以置信的变故后，莱姆波特家的长子达尔顿（Ty Simpkins 饰）暂时摆脱恶灵的纠缠，而灵媒伊莉丝（林·沙烨 Lin Shaye 饰）则惨死室中，达尔顿的父亲乔什（帕特里克·威尔森 Patrick Wilson 饰）蒙受杀人嫌疑。由于警方需要继续调查他们的房子，乔什只得带着妻子兰妮（罗丝·拜恩 Rose Byrne 饰）和三个孩子暂时回到母亲劳瑞安（芭芭拉·赫希 Barbara Hershey 饰）家居中。本以为一切回归正常，但是兰妮和孩子们似乎仍在饱受恶灵的纠缠。劳瑞安意识到事态的严重性，于是请来仅次于伊莉丝的灵媒师卡尔（Steve Coulter 饰），试图将一切恢复正常，然而事态却朝着不可预测的方向发展……
