正当镇宇（刘智泰 饰）和妍伊（尹珍瑞 饰）沉浸在新婚的幸福和快乐中时，春暖悲剧发生了。一次意外中，春暖镇宇成为了不能动也没有意识的植物人，面对这一噩耗，痛苦的妍伊只能擦干泪水默默的忍耐。得知了哥哥的不幸，常年在外游历的弟弟镇浩（刘智泰 饰）回到了哥哥的身边，看着镇浩那和镇宇极为相似的的脸、身体和神情，妍伊陷入了矛盾之中。欲望的火焰一旦被点燃就不会轻易熄灭，妍伊贪恋着镇浩那熟悉的容颜，而镇浩则对妍伊的脆弱和悲惨境遇也心声怜爱，两情相悦的二人再也无法忍耐，踏过了伦理的界线。而就在此时，镇宇苏醒了，一段极为危险的气氛在三人之间弥漫开来。
