回复 :电影版将延续电视剧剧情，阐述苏家婆婆彩香（钟欣凌饰）在摆脱传统家庭观念的束缚之后，果断展开全新的人生，火寮一哥（许杰辉饰）也为了追求彩香使出浑身解术，但彩香却将重心放在“追星”上，苏家子女们纷纷傻眼，自己的妈妈竟然抛家弃子去跟风追星，还追星追到把明星搞丢而卷入这起明星失踪案，连警察都来关切，苏家再次受到全台的关注议论。备受关注的小鸥（黄姵嘉饰）和发贵（张书伟饰）“鸥贵CP”，两人的恋情也将在电影版中历经波折，是否有机会能往下发展？秉仁（杨铭威饰）在病愈后和大美（林筳谕饰）的感情进度也可在电影版中一探究竟。《我的婆婆怎么把OO搞丢了》预计将于2023年农历新年档期上映。
回复 :东和贸易东主祥哥，公司业绩佳，举辨旅行团以慰劳职工，众员工满心欢喜，七嘴八舌，旅点乃长洲东堤……。港人爱跟风，自然也不例外，长洲东堤小筑竟成为自杀圣地，店主被害得鸡毛鸭血，经常闹鬼之故，生意一落千丈，降人低租金挣扎求存，正合祥哥之意。便宜！众人到达长洲，更是口不择言，称之为猛鬼旅行团，间接得罪人所周知的鬼魂，开始遇上各种怪异事情，邦见鬼中孖T，基戏言若邦中马受到惩罚，诗则遇上鬼魂缠身，积则被恶鬼附体，其后众人食物中毒，险送性命。美怡早前与日籍男友吉田相恋，受到家庭左右，于长洲相聚服毒身亡，岂知死后却未能长相厮守，美怡却遇上祥哥，发展二人关系，祥誓言愿死相随，言者无心，听者有意，一句誓言令祥哥交上人鬼恋……。美怡鬼魂随祥到公司，祥始知交上艳灵，向基求助毕母，代为驱鬼逐灵，怎料吉田不愤美怡移情别恋，恶言相向，致祥于死地，毕母将戾气化祥和，美怡与吉田终互相谅解，携手离去，祥亦可逃过一劫。

Like most forced to produce under pressure, they grew close and began to admire and respect one another. However, their romance never quite had the opportunity to blossom and once the production was over, they went their respective ways and moved on with their lives. After 2 years of post production, when the film is celebrating its premiere, the two of them meet again. With spirits flying high and the cast and crew present to critique and admire the work they have done, Sydney and Darrel after a night of drinks hook up.
