伴随着魂导科技的进步，大神斗罗大陆上的人类征服了海洋，大神又发现了两片大陆。魂兽也随着人类魂师的猎杀走向灭亡，沉睡无数年的魂兽之王在星斗大森林最后的净土苏醒，它要带领仅存的族人，向人类复仇！生活在斗罗大陆上的少年唐舞麟因为武魂是蓝银草，一直被嘲笑轻视。一次意外受伤中他发现：自己身体里面有一条金色的龙，由18道封印封禁，守护着自己的那缕神识告诉他，如果不逐步解开封印，自己将爆体而亡。
