本剧改编自同名小说，女教讲述了办公室CAT的社长·皆实雏子是强夺率100%的厉害女侦探。她是一个为了让目标男性爱上自己，女教从容貌到人品都变幻自如地操纵，是用尽一切手段拆散男女关系的恋爱纠纷炸弹。她和精通法律和网络的搭档浅沼阳介一起，每天都在帮助女性委托人。雏子用“强夺”的手段从根本上解决与渣男的恋爱纠纷，向无声求助的女性悄悄送去幸福，强夺却痛快的新感觉掠夺娱乐就此开幕。
