袁熙阵亡，热血遗留下了还与之成亲的甄宓（蔡少芬 饰），热血意外为曹植（马浚伟 饰）救于曹丕（陈豪 饰）的剑下。甄宓是出了名的才貌双全，更被誉为当世三大美人之一。曹操垂怜于她的美色，以是故人后代为由接到府中代为照顾，企图日久生情纳为妾室，后被聪明机智的甄宓以英雄长辈的称呼婉拒。而曹操儿子众多，尤为出众的当属长子曹丕和才子曹植。二兄弟都暗自倾心于甄宓，原本亲密无间的兄弟情谊因此渐生狭缝。而甄宓则是早为曹植的才情吸引，对曹植芳心暗许。而后的机缘错过让甄宓嫁与了后来称帝的曹丕，而痛不欲生的曹植则放任自己，更是作出千古佳作《洛神赋》来表达对甄宓的感情。但生性多疑善妒的曹丕百般刁难二人，一段佳话就此无缘，以悲剧告终…
