当玛格在后园兴建了一所小型玩具屋给女儿后，亚洲区离奇的事情逐一发生。每晚屋内都会传出怪声，亚洲区裂开的洋娃娃及猫的尸骸更随处可见。替玛格修理房子杂工艾佛更道出怪事均是「玩具凶灵」所为，但玛格不加理会，后才得悉艾佛一家曾住此屋，父母更为凶灵所杀。不久，艾佛倒毙于玛格的后园，遂相信凶灵的存在。为了保卫家园，决定跟「玩具凶灵」展开生死决斗。
