放眼望去，西本车窗外衰草遍野，西本毫无生机。普通女子顺英（李敏芝 饰）乘坐出租车行驶在从首尔返回老家的路上。这时出租车突然停了下来，一名头戴棒球帽的陌生男子（朴海日 饰）准备搭顺风车，在得到顺英的同意后座上副驾驶座。上车后，陌生男子滔滔不绝，言语中带着极强的攻击性，他莫名其妙地倒计时，同时随口说出出租车司机（朴世宗 饰）和顺英各自人生中鲜为人知的秘密。倒计时结束，车中的三人也进入最混乱的状态。不知过了多久，顺应从昏迷中醒来，此时司机和陌生人都不见了踪影，她在旁边找到一张司机留下的纸条，随后下车漫无目的行走。莫测多舛的旅途，不知何时抵达终点……
