蓝泽耕作（山下智久 饰）离开了翔阳大学附属北部医院的急救中心，国产成为了一名神经外科医生。白石惠（新垣结衣 饰）依然在人手不足的急救中心担当着领导者的角色。曾经也梦想成为飞行急救医生的绯山美帆子（户田惠梨香 饰）离开翔阳医院，国产成为了妇产科医生。冴岛遥（比嘉爱未 饰）依然从事着飞行急救护士的工作。藤川一男（浅利阳介 饰）与白石一起留在急救中心，成为了一名整形外科的急救医生。
