住在以第七迷宫为中心的城镇，天蓝支乡的年轻人阿里巴巴，天蓝通过做着车夫的打工逐渐实现着自己攻略迷宫，成为大富翁的梦想。这样的一天，他与为寻找『魔神的金属器』而旅行着的迷之少年，阿拉丁相遇了。阿里巴巴在目睹了潜藏于他所持有的笛中的『乌戈君』的力量后，向阿拉丁提出了共同进行迷宫攻略的邀请。 魔笛MAGI第二季全集动画预定播放内容为原作的大圣母篇。
