回复 :帝国珍珠公司的镇店之宝，一粒名为“金星”的天然珍珠被盗。这粒“金星”的价值据说足以买下位于纽 约的一整栋办公大厦。案件曝光之后，帝国珍珠公司的股价暴跌。由此，帝国珍珠的会长岩仓寿三郎（西田敏 行 饰）和他的同父异母妹妹现任社长恒子（财前直见 饰）为了争夺社长之位展开激烈斗争。通过媒体 报道得知岩仓家庭内部矛盾的泽口信子（米仓凉子 饰）用散乱的头发和黑框眼镜隐藏了自己的美貌，以家政 妇的身份潜入岩仓家…信子潜入岩仓家的目的非常明确。此前她去商场观看展出的“金星”时，曾遇到一个神秘男子。他似乎与 “金星”和岩仓家都有某种渊源，看到信子美得如同从荷兰画家弗美尔笔下的《戴珍珠耳环的少女》，就劝信 子把“金星”戴上试试。考虑到周围有很多其他顾客和记者，信子不假思索地拒绝并离开现场，但她珍视的珍 珠耳环却不翼而飞。据售货员说，珍珠耳环被神秘男子拿走了。怀疑神秘男子与“金星”被盗案相关的信 子认为，神秘男子一定会出现在岩仓家，而岩仓家居然也有一幅与神秘男子十分相似的肖像画。这名神秘男子 到底是什么人？随着会长和社长的明争暗斗进入白热化，帝国珍珠的股价莫名地持续上涨…“金星”到底是在哪里被盗？又是如何被盗？窥探到大家庭的秘密和阴谋的信子又将如何行动呢？
