回复 :草根常焕然（张超 饰）是一名工地操作员。在平淡的生活中也有个人小小的生活追求，希望用自己的青春为家人拼搏出幸福的生活。但是想法很美满，现实很骨感。一边是老婆谭晓敏（胡琳娜 饰）即将待产，自己又想要创业放手一搏，一边是不良老板截留自己的工资，摆脱不了的困境。当在工地，一个意外发现一件宝物，这个立即能改变现在囧态及以后人生命运的奇遇时，常焕然也面临着抉择。豪房豪车体面的生活，常焕然无时无刻不是这样想。于是戏剧的人生转折就此开始。
